Maiden's Moments Photography
By booking with Maiden’s Moments Photography, you agree to the following:
Ia. Weddings:
A non-refundable deposit of 25-50% of the booking total is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the wedding.
Ib: All Other Sessions:
Full payment is required on or before the day of the session. No deposit is required.
IIa: Client Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event the client needs to reschedule or cancel the scheduled session, please notify me at least 2 days in advance. If a session is re-scheduled more than once, a fee will apply, being 25% of the session price.
IIb: Photographer Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event that I need to reschedule, suitable efforts will be provided to agree on a rescheduled date. If the session cannot be rescheduled, all payments will be refunded.
IIc: Weather/Uncontrollable Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event the weather makes it necessary to reschedule the session, I will promptly communicate with you to schedule a day that works for us both. No additional fees will be added onto the session due to this.
You are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared. Delays may reduce the shooting time or lead to a rescheduled date. Additional time is not guaranteed if the session is delayed.
IVa: Edited Photos
Edited, high-resolution images will be delivered within the communicated time I provide to you. Once you have received your images, you must take the link provided, navigate to the Gallery tab on the website and paste the link to receive the images.
IVb: Raw Photos
Raw, unedited photos will not be provided, nor available to purchase. I will select the best photos from the session to edit.
IVc: Additional Photos to Purchase
If applicable, I will edit additional photos that will be made available to you to purchase. This is not a guarantee.
By booking with Maiden’s Moments Photography, you are acknowledging you are familiar with my the editing style and agree to allow full creative freedom during the session and final edits. No re-edits or refunds will be provided solely based on your style or editing preferences.
All images remain the copyright of Maiden’s Moments Photography. Clients receive a personal-use license for sharing and printing. You may not alter or otherwise heavily edit the final images in any way. Commerical use, resale, or editing without prior permission is prohibited.
By booking, you grant Maiden’s Moments Photography the right to use images from your session for promotional purposes (e.g., website, portfolio, social media, etc.).
Every effort will be made to deliver high-quality images. In the unlikely event of technical failure, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a free reschedule of the session. If unapplicable, a full refund of payments will be made. No further liability is accepted.
